With the exception of Lots 5 and 10, all homesites will close on the lot at $180,000 subject to a construction agreement in an amount of the balance of the total price due (Price – $180,000).  

Payment of construction will be per a 6-draw or 8-draw schedule (depending on the lender chosen or if paying in cash) at specified steps in the construction.  The first draw payment will also be due at closing on the lot purchase.  

Lots 5 and 10 are developer-built “spec homes.”  Closing on the purchase of these homesites will be after the construction of the home is complete.  If mortgage financing is required, a buyer may use any lender of buyer’s choice.

Proof of cash funds or a lender’s pre-approval letter must be submitted with an offer.
