Preferred Lenders

The following lenders have agreed to provide construction financing for Vista Park Commons per its schedule and construction agreement with its buyers:

This is not a typical construction loan that most other lenders can or will offer. It is best to use one of VPC’s lenders or, at least, consult with one at the same time a prospective buyer consults with their preferred lender.

Please note that each of these lenders may offer different types of financing or terms and conditions for a particular loan. So, buyers may want to contact all of them for more information and to compare.

Prospective buyers must provide a lender pre-approval letter at the time of submitting their proposed offer.
